for the conclusion of a service agreement
1.1. This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is addressed to an unlimited number of persons to conclude a service agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) with the Service Provider under the terms outlined below.
1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer shall be deemed the actions specified in clause 2.4 of this Offer performed by the Customer.
1.3. The current prices for the Services and their descriptions are published on the Customer's website and form an integral part of this Offer.
2.1. The Service Provider shall provide services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) to the Customer under the terms defined by this Offer, and the Customer agrees to pay for them.
2.2. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

4.1. Payment for the Services shall be made by the Customer under the terms of 100% prepayment unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties.
4.2. If the Services cannot be provided due to the fault of the Service Provider, the Customer may receive a refund of the amount paid less the expenses incurred by the Service Provider within a reasonable time from the date of the Service Provider receiving the corresponding request.
4.3. Refunds shall not be made if the inability to provide the Services is due to the fault of the Customer.

6.1. The Parties shall be released from liability for partial or full non-fulfillment of obligations under the Agreement if such non-fulfillment was caused by force majeure circumstances arising after the conclusion of the Offer.
6.2. Force majeure circumstances include natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, military actions, riots, strikes, regulatory acts of government authorities, power or communication outages, and other circumstances that the Parties could not foresee or prevent.
6.3. The Party affected by the force majeure circumstances shall notify the other Party of the beginning and end of such circumstances within a reasonable time.
7.1. This Offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
7.2. Any disputes shall be subject to mandatory pre-trial settlement. If resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to the court at the Service Provider's place of business.
7.3. By accepting this Offer, the Customer confirms their acceptance of its terms, including all limitations of the Service Provider's liability.
